RideLanna connects riders with independent scooter and motorbike rental shops in Chiang Mai. The rental agreement is with the shop providing the vehicle.
What we review
Before a partner can receive requests, we review its business details and signed partnership agreement. Partners commit to transparent listing prices, clear insurance and excess information, delivery terms stated up front, and no original passport retained as a deposit.
This review is not a guarantee of every vehicle’s mechanical condition or every insurance claim. Read the actual listing and inspect the bike with the shop at handover.

The shop sets its rental rates, optional duration discounts, deposit, equipment and permitted use. Pickup, delivery availability, service areas and fees depend on that shop. Delivery is not universally free.
A request needs the shop’s confirmation. You pay the rental shop directly under the agreed terms; RideLanna does not collect the rental payment online.

RideLanna is responsible for the rental guides published under its name. We explain the booking process and link to official resources for driving documents and road safety. Those resources do not verify individual shop offers or provide live road conditions.
Guide dates identify substantive content updates. Where a publication date is not documented, we do not substitute the latest revision date. Prices in worked examples are labelled illustrative; current offers come from published listings and your selected dates.
Marketing images may be generated or illustrative. They are not evidence of a particular partner, vehicle inspection or available machine. Use the actual listing photos and the handover check to assess a rental.
