1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About RideLanna

RideLanna is a curated marketplace, launching in Chiang Mai, Thailand, that will connect travellers with vetted local bike shops. We are not the owner of the bikes; rentals are provided by independent partner shops under a separate rental agreement.

3. The service is launching

Bookings, prices, availability, and bike listings shown anywhere on the site are illustrative and not yet bookable. Nothing on the site is an offer to contract until the service is live and you complete a real booking.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use the site and to rent a bike when we launch. Renting will also require a valid International Driving Permit with a motorcycle endorsement.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you and reserves nothing. We'll use your email only as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Bookings & payments

RideLanna takes no payment online and never asks for your card details. Booking sends a request to the shop; you pay that shop directly at handover, along with any refundable deposit and delivery fee shown on your agreement. Because nothing is charged, cancelling is free at any time before pickup. The full terms of a rental, including that shop's deposit, insurance and delivery, are shown to you before you confirm, and a signed copy is saved to your account. See the Rental Agreement.

7. Pricing & currency

Prices are set in Thai baht. Other currencies are shown for guidance using daily exchange rates and may differ slightly from what your bank applies; the amount the shop asks for is the baht figure on your agreement.

8. Partner shops

Each bike is provided by an independent partner shop that has agreed to our four commitments: fixed prices, no passport held as collateral, insurance with the excess shown before booking, and delivery arrangements stated up front. Cover, deposits and delivery differ from shop to shop, and each shop's own terms are shown in full before a rider books and are saved with the booking. Shops remain responsible for their bikes and for honouring the terms they published.

9. Intellectual property

The RideLanna name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, no attempts to break, scrape, overload, or disrupt it, and no unlawful use.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” during this pre-launch period. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and illustrative content may change.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RideLanna is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops, and will revise the date above.
