Coming soonChiang Mai

Ride Thailand the way it should be.

Premium scooter and motorbike rental in Chiang Mai. Fixed prices, insurance included, no passport deposit.

What's included

Four promises. Every rental. No exceptions.

Real bikes · real shops
In motionLaunching soon

Real bikes, honestly shown.

No recycled stock photos. Before a bike goes live, the shop inspects it and shoots the actual machine, so you book from what you can see, condition and quirks included.

Why we exist

We only list shops we'd rent from ourselves.

Anyone can put a scooter online. The hard part is trust: a fair price, a bike that's genuinely maintained, and a deposit that doesn't hold your passport hostage.

Before a shop joins RideLanna, they commit to four non-negotiables: fixed prices, insurance on every ride, no passport held, and delivery to your door. If they won't, they're not on the platform.

Why we're building this

We'd rather launch with a handful of shops we trust than a hundred we don't. RideLanna starts in Chiang Mai, with people who ride these roads every day.

Frequently asked

The questions you'd ask a friend.

Still wondering about something? Leave your email and we'll get back to you in English, on WhatsApp, the moment we open.

Yes, Thai law requires an International Driving Permit (IDP) with motorcycle endorsement. We'll check it at delivery, and we'll explain why it matters: without one, your travel insurance is void if anything happens. If you don't have one, we can't rent to you, but we'll happily recommend a driver service.

You call us first, not the police. Our team coordinates with the partner shop, the insurer, and a hospital if needed, all in English, on WhatsApp. Insurance covers accident, theft, and damage with a fixed excess clearly listed on every bike page. No mystery charges.

Tell us your hotel, guesthouse, or airport terminal. The partner shop brings the bike at your chosen time, runs a 10-minute handover (controls, fuel, helmet fit, paperwork), and you ride. Return is the reverse, we collect from the same spot at the end of your rental.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup, full refund. Inside 48 hours, we keep the 30% deposit. Same-day cancellations are charged in full because the bike has been blocked off our fleet.

Yes. We sign a standard rental agreement, take a copy of your passport for our records, and accept a refundable security hold on your card (typically 5,000 THB, released on return). Your physical passport stays in your pocket. Always.
