How a weekly price is calculated

RideLanna calculates the rental from the bike’s daily rate and your number of rental days. A shop’s weekly discount, if one is offered, applies from seven days. There is no platform-wide weekly price or guaranteed discount.

Compare the total for the same dates across listings. Extras charged per day and a delivery fee can change which offer is best for your stay. A refundable deposit is separate from the rental total: include it in the cash you need, but do not treat it as the price of hiring the bike.

Choose around your stay, not just the lowest rate

A bike for short city journeys may suit a different rider from one planning longer days outside Chiang Mai. Check the model, engine size, shop’s permitted use and your own riding experience. A longer booking is not permission to take the bike on any route.

If your hotel changes during the week, arrange the return location with the shop. Delivery to your first hotel does not automatically mean collection from your next one is included.

• Confirm the pickup and return times, not only the dates.
• Read the fuel, late-return and breakdown policies.
• Ask the shop before extending or changing the route.

What happens after you send a request

A request is waiting for the shop’s response until it is confirmed. Check your booking status and confirmation email before planning a pickup. RideLanna does not collect the rental payment online; payment and any refundable deposit are arranged directly with the rental shop.

If you want to stay longer, request a change before the existing rental ends. The extension depends on the bike’s availability and the shop accepting the new dates. Do not assume the original weekly rate continues automatically.
