How much does it cost?
Nothing to join and nothing per month. Launch partners pay zero commission for their first 3 months. After that, a simple percentage on completed bookings only. Cancelled or declined requests never cost you anything.
Do I have to stop renting from my own shop?
No. RideLanna is not exclusive. Keep your walk-in customers, your Facebook page and your regulars. We are an extra channel for international travellers, not a replacement.
How do bookings reach me?
You get an in-app notification and see the request in your dashboard: rider, dates, delivery address and total price. You confirm or decline. Nothing is ever booked without your approval.
Who provides the insurance?
You do, exactly as you do today. We simply display your cover and excess clearly on the listing so riders stop asking and disputes stop happening.
What if a rider damages a bike?
Your rental agreement and deposit terms apply, the same as any walk-in customer. Because every booking has a documented handover and the rider's full contact details, disputes are rarer and easier to resolve.
My English is not strong. Is that a problem?
The dashboard is simple and visual, our Chiang Mai team speaks Thai, and rider details arrive in a standard format. Most partner conversations happen on WhatsApp where translation is one tap away.
