No monthly subscription. Commission: 45 THB per rental day + 30% of delivery + 10% of extras, capped at 650 THB per booking. Refundable deposits excluded. Pay within 7 days of completion. No commission on requests declined, expired or cancelled before pickup.
Can I keep my own customers?
Yes. Keep your other channels and update availability to prevent overlapping rentals.
When can I start taking bookings?
When booking is open, your shop is approved and your bikes are published with complete rental terms.
Who provides the insurance?
Your shop. Show the actual cover, exclusions and excess before booking.
What happens if a vehicle is damaged?
The shop and rider handle damage under their rental terms. RideLanna keeps booking records; it does not inspect bikes or decide damage claims.
