Use the exact duration, not a generic monthly price

Compare the rental charge, per-day extras, delivery and refundable deposit separately. A monthly headline can hide equipment or delivery that another shop includes differently.

Agree how routine maintenance will work

Several weeks of regular riding may involve tyre pressure checks, oil service or another scheduled inspection. Ask who arranges routine maintenance, where it happens and whether the bike needs to return to the shop.

Save the shop's breakdown contact and follow its instructions if a warning light, tyre problem or mechanical issue appears. Do not authorise repairs or replace parts without agreement unless an urgent safety situation requires you to stop riding.

Request extensions before the booking ends

A long rental does not guarantee that the same bike is free after the agreed return. Contact the shop early and request new dates. The extension only exists once the shop accepts it and the updated amount is clear.

If you change accommodation, confirm whether a different return address is possible and whether collection costs extra. RideLanna does not collect the rent or deposit; those payments remain between you and the shop.
