Check delivery before choosing a bike

Read the delivery and pickup policy on the listing. Some bikes are available for shop pickup only. Where paid delivery is offered through RideLanna, the fee starts at 200 THB; the amount shown for your booking is the one to review.

Do not assume that every address in Chiang Mai is covered. A hotel name alone may be ambiguous: add the full address and confirm the meeting point. A central hotel, an out-of-town stay and an airport meeting require different arrangements.

Give the shop a usable meeting point

Use an address where you can meet the shop in person. Include the hotel or building name and an accessible contact number. If there is more than one entrance, agree where to meet. Check with your accommodation if a handover can take place there.

Allow time to check the rental terms and the bike with the shop. Your original passport should not be held as collateral. The shop may still need to verify your identity and driving documents, and a refundable deposit may apply.

Arrange the return at the same time

A delivery fee is not automatically a return collection fee. Read what the shop includes, then agree the return address, time and any separate charge before confirmation.

If a flight or hotel change affects your plans, contact the shop through the booking details. An airport service is not guaranteed by a hotel-delivery listing. Ask for acceptance of the new arrangement rather than leaving the bike at a different location.
