Check the response before planning collection
After sending a normal request, watch the status in your account and the reply deadline. Wait for shop acceptance before travelling to collect the bike. Save the confirmation and agreed meeting point so an old search result does not become your arrival plan.
If a request is declined or expires, review the current catalogue for the dates you need. Recheck the full quote and terms on the alternative. A price or delivery arrangement from the first shop does not carry across automatically.
Longer stays may need an individual quote
Some shops use daily or weekly booking limits rather than a fixed monthly offer. Enter the full stay; beyond the standard limit, RideLanna records a quote request and the shop replies by email with its price and availability.
An emailed quote request does not reserve the scooter or create a fixed monthly price. Compare the shop’s actual response, including the return appointment and extension conditions. Budgeting a week multiplied by four may not describe the offer the shop can accept.
Keep arrival and departure independent
Arrange transport for your luggage and for any gap before the handover. If your flight is late, contact the shop about a realistic collection time; hotel delivery does not automatically include an airport or overnight service.
Before booking a departure-day rental, leave time to return the bike, settle the deposit and continue to your onward transport. Confirm any festival-related access restrictions locally rather than assuming the usual meeting point remains reachable.
